A special book is in the making.

The goal of the book and this project is to help children understand a little bit about surgery, whether it is surgery they will have to undergo themselves, or perhaps one of their family members, and to wrap a whole lot of fun around it while they learn to chase their fears away!

Please visit our website above to learn more.

Thank you kindly,

One who was once the smallest among us

The girl whose name sounds like of like trees

Therese

“She lived in a house in a wet boggy place,
near a bluff where she sat and took photos on any nice day.
Where the moose lazed all day and the geese snoozed at night,
and when it was dark she might see Northern Lights.”

The lines above were written about the bog and appear in her the new rhymed-poem children’s book to benefit child surgery patients.  Learn more about the book at the website link above.

To help support the project during its development phase, you can schedule a recital to hear the poem-story before the book published.   The Cost?  Her travel expenses plus whatever amount your group would so graciously like to provide as funding for the project.
